Ordering on-line is simple.
Browse our catalog pages. You will notice we use extensive use of
select boxes such as this:
The reason for this is we have many sizes and finishes for our products. When you
see an item you would like to buy click on the right arrow in the select box to highlight
the correct size and finish you want to purchase. When that item is displayed in the
box click on the:
just below the select box. This will add that item to your order. Our
on-line ordering system will keep track of your order for you. No information is
transmitted until you CHECKOUT, so you can add, change and remove items from your shopping
cart as you go along. Don't be afraid of experimenting with our system. It is
user friendly and very easy to change things along the way. You can even email us
after submitting your order to us to change anything.
You can view your order anytime by selecting the
button.
Click the continue shopping link in the cart
area if you want to add more items to your
order.
Once you have completed your order and are satisfied, click on the
button.
You will now be in the shopping cart area. Here you will put in your
shipping information to get shipping estimates.
Our shopping cart
automatically computes your shipping costs for UPS Ground or the United
States Postal Service Priority Mail. There will be instructions
on how to update your shipping in the cart area.
Once you have everything you want to purchase in your cart you will have the
choice to pay by either credit card or paypal. Follow the cart
instructions to enter in all your information. Once that is done click
the preview order to make sure everything is correct. Then you click
finalize to complete your order.
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail so you know your
order is being processed. We usually process orders within 48 hours and ship via UPS
Ground Service or U.S.P.S.

Expect to receive your order (within the
continental U.S.) within 1 - 7 business days. If an item is out of stock we
