What is your backorder policy?

In the event an item you have ordered is backordered we will email you with your options.   We will give an estimated time when your item will be back in stock and you can keep it on backorder or cancel.

 
How do I cancel my order?

After receiving your order confirmation email us your name and order number to sales@sudberry.com and explain you want to cancel your order.  We do not charge your credit card until it is time to ship.  We will refund any paypal payments also.  In the event your order has shipped you will have to send us the order back and we will refund your money less shipping.

What is your return policy?

Our quality guarantee insures you are satisfied with our products.   If for some reason, you are not totally satisfied with any item you purchase from us, we pledge the following:

 "If you are not 100% satisfied with any merchandise you purchase from Sudberry House, we will refund your purchase price, no questions asked, no hassle within 30 days from your purchase date."

You are responsible for shipping charges to and from your destination.
